icy hot

so i have had an interesting week or so. my manager at the video store got fired which kinda sucks cause she was a pretty good shit, so i have been looking for employment elsewhere. it looks like a video store in the same company just closer to my house will probably be my new destination. this is good and bad. me having a job = good. me working in an environment plagued by 28 year olds who take this job as if its brain surgery = bad. i really am hoping my new boss man was more like my old boss lady.

my house is balls cold as well since they havent turned the heat on yet. i made a comment to a friend of mine that i was freezing my balls off and he advised to, "rub icy hot on my sack." my life is sucking enough right now without chemical burn on my testicles, but thanks chuck.

the quick and slow of things are this. my name has letters in it, im somewhere in my 20's, i hail from a larger metropolitan area, and recently have graduated with a degree in air traffic control. since graduation my life has hit kind of a stalemate. for work i wait tables, cashier at a video store, and have an unpaid internship at one of the area airports. like most college graduates i have racked up a little bit of debt. i have seen much worse, but then again when dr's and lawyers start off, its probably easier to find a job. this blog will be a daily or, semi daily anyways, diary of the things that happen when you re waiting for that call.

as i type this i am sitting on my couch,at 11:00 am watching a rediculously gorry horror movie. perks of working at a movie store i guess. i have already had a pot of coffee and was thinking about having some breakfast. later i will probably go running and after that go to work at the video store. hopefully something more interesting then just that will present itself today, because today looks a shit ton like monday.
